Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  3. Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, and proper usage, etc.).
  4. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  5. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
  6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports.
    2. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
    3. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
    4. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
    5. Clean and preprocess raw data from various sources to prepare it for deeper analysis.
    6. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
    7. Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to help stakeholders understand the data.
    8. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to implement and refine features based on findings.
    9. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
    10. Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
