You will manage key client projects involving cross-functional teams across our organization, coordinating with designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders. Your role involves defining project objectives, preparing project plans, scheduling tasks, and overseeing progress to ensure timely and successful delivery. This position requires excellent organizational skills, leadership, and an ability to maintain a big-picture view while managing details. As a Project Manager at ADSNETON, you will not only drive projects but also shape processes and contribute significantly to our strategic goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  4. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    3. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    4. Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
    5. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    6. Report and escalate to management as needed.
    7. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
    8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    10. Lead project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
